Kraken x61 fx 8350

Soo I put in the Kraken X61 AIO last night and we are kind of getting somewhere but still doing what I don't want to do. Over time (a longer time) the Clock speeds still drop but not as far, like 4.5GHz and then maybe just 1 or 2 cores are are bouncing around from 4.0 to 4.5GHz, not frequently though.
