Jumpstart pc psu

I need to jumpstart my PSU to do some initial watercooling tests and I'm wondering if it is safe for the PSU, (and I'm not talking about getting electrocuted ) Maybe in the long run jumpstarting a PSU might not be healthy for it, i dunno.
